4월14일 청보리팀 행복바라미 모금운동

  • [울산] (청보리팀 행복바라미 모금 활동 보고) '마음愛 자비를! 세상 愛 평화를' 올 해 봉축 표어입니다. 불문에 귀의한 이후 줄곧 들어온 자비와 지혜 입니다. 그러나 저 자신부터 얼마나 자비행을 했는지 얼마나 지혜로운 생활을 했는지 자신이 없었습니다. 드문드문 복지시설이나 환경정화 같은 것을 하고 적절히 기관단체에 기부금 낸 거 외엔 딱히 한게 없는 것 같습니다. 그러다 만난 행복바라미 활동은 뭔가 내 몸을 써서 하는 것 같고, 동전 하나라도 귀히 여기고 머리 숙이는 행을 하는 좋은 기회였습니다. 오늘 저는 청보리팀원으로 팀모금활동을 하고 총괄팀장의 명에 의해 마무리 하고 보고 올립니다. 청보리팀은 두 조로 나누어서 오전조는 11시~2시, 오후조는 2시~5시까지 성남동 (구)케이티 건물 인근에서 모금 활동을 했습니다. 늘 그렇지만 지나 다니는 사람들은 많으나 모금함을 외면하기 일쑤입니다. 해서 전략적으로 이쁜것 좋아하는 꼬마 숙녀들과 사탕 좋아하는 씩씩이들을 볼 때마다 여포교사님들의 적극적인 어필로 1천원 지폐가 쌓이기 시작했습니다. 남자 포교사들은 묵직한 목탁들고 석가모니불 정근을 쉼없이 하고... 어린이들 외에 특이한 것은 동남아 분들의 보시행이었습니다. 한국에 시집 온듯한 분들은 예외없이 천원을 내었고 그쪽 청년들에게서는 만원짜리가 나왔습니다. 보시에 대한 동남아 불자들의 마음이 우리 보다 훨씬 커 보였습니다. 그 돈을 받으면서 '불문에 귀의한 저 분들이 평화롭고 번영된 삶을 사시길...'하는 축원을 드렸습니다. 6시간의 모금활동을 끝내고 정산을 하니 808,060원이 되었습니다. 지난 해 보다 많았습니다. 그 이유가 화엄행님 재적사찰 정종사에서의 모금과 정토사 108순례단에서 연화행님이 모금한 것이 포함되고 팀원들이 조금씩 보탠 결과입니다. 오늘 궂은 날씨에 불구하고 열성을 다 해 주신 청보리팀원들께 감사드립니다. 석전/강학수 울산지역단장
